The Kindersoft 3-piece set includes a crib sheet, bumper pad, and comforter. This unbleached, un-dyed set is made with hypoallergenic organic Pima cotton and organic wool.
The cotton is luxurious. Just rub the incredibly soft sheet against your cheek and you’ll envy baby. This is by far the softest cotton sheet we’ve ever felt. Our testers, Joaquin and Jaelyn, the Edwards’ twins, totally agree.
The bumper pad and quilt are filled with organic wool. Natura states that their wool fill insulates against heat as well as cold and eliminates excess moisture, ensuring baby’s comfort by creating a consistent “natural climate zone.”
Unfortunately, this luxury comes at a high cost. The sheet alone is listed at $36.25, the bumper pad at $90.00, and the comforter at $96.25. As a set, the three items sell for $237.50. We fear Natura has priced their baby linens out of range for the common customer, especially when you consider that parents need to purchase a number of sheets and blankets for baby.
We are, however, bookmarking Natura’s site, hoping a windfall will help us afford their products. They carry a full line of adult-sized mattress covers, toppers, and comforters as well as mattresses. You can check them out at www.natura.com.
