Steaz Organic Iced Teas

This organic, fair-trade iced tea recently won two of BevNET's Best of 2008 awards. The front of every can of Steaz Organic Iced tea shows a photograph of a fair-trade farmer from Sri Lanka, China, or Africa where Steaz sources its tea.
We received 5 cans of Steaz iced tea: their Green Tea with Peach, Black Tea with Lemon, Green Tea with Lime and Pomegranate, Green Tea with Blue Berry, and Pomegranate Acai. They were delicious and refreshing, even to the editor-in-chief Michael Edwards, who is not a great fan of tea!
Steaz also offers energy drinks in cans and sparkling green tea in bottles. All of Steaz's products are certified organic and fair trade.
In sum, the iced tea we tried tasted great, the images of the fair-trade farmers are a nice touch, and it's a great idea to remind consumers about the importance of buying fair trade. These teas are excellent alternatives to soda, most sweet teas, artificial juices, and the usual energy drinks. But we must ask Steaz to stop using aluminum cans! www.steaz.com
