Millennium Restaurant is dedicated to the support of organic food production, small farms, sustainable agriculture, recycling, and composting. Millennium cooks with fresh produce delivered daily (organic whenever possible, and always GMO free) to create rich, yet healthy, gourmet vegan food, served in an elegant setting.
Millennium gets great reviews from both vegetarians, and carnivores. According to San Francisco Magazine, “Millennium offers a menu that intrigues ‘even the most devoted carnivores among us’ according to one steak lover.”
Executive chef, Eric Tucker, began cooking at age five. A graduate of New York’s National Gourmet Institute for Food and Health, Eric’s focus is on healthy food with exceptional flavor and an international influence. A select few standard dishes are continually offered while an ever changing menu bows to Eric’s creativity and the seasonality of produce.
The menu gives many choices minus cholesterol, or guilt for that matter, and the portions are generous.

Ginger pickled onions, sweet and spicy toasted cashews, rosehip-beet vinaigrette, toasted pumpkin seed oil
Entree
Stuffed Truffled Roulade
French lentil and black chanterelle ragu, roasted chestnuts, black truffle butter, smoked pimenton cream, roasted maitake and exotic mushrooms, sautéed broccoli di Cicco with currants and pine nuts, mushroom syrup.
Dessert
Whiskey Chocolate Tiramisu
Irish whiskey-coffee soaked chocolate cake, mocha cream, organic Bison Brewery chocolate stout ice cream
