
2 cups fresh corn
1 cup chopped tomatoes
celery
¼ cup onion
½ cup bell pepper
Cut the corn off a fresh cob and put everything (except the corn) in the food processor to make it chunky. Sprinkle in some Italian seasoning and some cayenne pepper. Mix it all together. Serve with avocado, flax crackers, salad!
