  This is exactly what the general public needs right now! It is also exactly in alignment with my own radio show and beliefs for a healthy body, mind and spirit. For me eating raw and organic, being green, as well

as taking charge of your own health (and life!), while getting the toxins out of your own environment all go together. After all my years in the fitness industry, it always unnerved me

that they never saw the entire picture. How can you strive for total health, but not have a respect for the Earth and the environment?
