Am I healthy?
About four months ago I changed my diet to a much healthier diet, including more organic raw foods. I've always thought I was healthy, but after reading your magazine, I've realized that being healthy is more than just eating organic foods. It's about eating nutrient dense foods and supplementing with high quality supplements. I still give in to unhealthy food cravings occasionally, but for the most part I'm eating a raw vegan diet. I also began working out regularly. I do one hour of cardio six days a week. I feel great, but I look HORRIBLE! My face is covered with acne. The acne is mainly on the right side of my chin and my forehead. I do not use chemical cleansers. I am currently doing oil cleansing with castor and camphor oils. This seems to be keeping it from getting worse, but the problem is still there. The breakouts coincide with when I began working out regularly. I look like a teenager going through puberty. What's going on? And how can I get rid of this acne?
