Blend in blender:
1 avocado
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
Transfer to mixing bowl and add ¼ cup chopped scallion. Spoon mixture into endive leaves and top
with capers and pinch of cayenne
Option: Use Cashew cream cheese in place of Avocado mixture
