4 cups water
1 bunch spinach (chopped to fit in blender)
½ bunch basil (or about 2 cups loosely packed)
¼ small red onion
1 med cucumber
1 med tomato
2 stalks celery
¼ cup pine nuts
¼ cup olive oil
1 med clove garlic
1 tsp sea salt
Pinch of cayenne optional
Blend until smooth
