She first became interested in alternative medicine and holistic treatment modalities when she successfully used diet therapy to manage her children’s ADHD. Later when she became chronically ill with an auto-immune disease that multiple doctors could not identify, much less cure, she successfully treated both the symptoms and the cause through naturopathic treatment and nutrition.
When work and play are one, magic happens. I long for the day when I can once again write full time, creating worlds and characters that consume my thoughts nearly every waking hour. When characters are allowed this freedom to live and breathe, words fly onto the page and I find my greatest sorrow when I write the words, "The End." In the meantime, I make my living as a grantswriter and a freelance editor. I am also a songwriter, though I am taking a long hiatus from music. Someday...
